Marriage in this series (except as it relates to Yuubari) mainly revolves around whether or not the ship has "offspring". (Read as: ships using the same name.)

The submarines are all "named" by number, and as such, have no "offspring", since their numbers aren't reused. (The submarines they have now all have names like, say, Souryuu or Unryuu... Meaning we'll likely see a married Unryuu with a baby sub.)

Hence, all the subs of KanColle are single in this series.
