Come to think of it, VATS do have a serious advantage when you are trying to hit a target with your 18' guns from several miles away......

It is still had an accuracy note on how likely it will hit your target. And...

It kinda pretty much useless for artillery-firing, long range guns like Yamato. They probably need a seaplane... With V.A.T.S ( = w = )

What about in a night battle, being able to locate and target ships in Complete darkness and also be able to pin point anything on the ship would be insanely over powered.
