Well on the Chinese official page I have most commonly seem "Girls' Frontline", but I think I also saw a few minor "Girls Frontline" once or twice.

This official image uses the title Girls' Frontline. In that case, a mass edit would be needed in order to add the apostrophe. Try bringing this up in the forums for more feedback as to whether or not this is necessary.

You can do that too you know? Personally I will probably not since a) I know nothing about the copyright and b) I'm guessing these Chinese people have a poor grasp of English and so they might release a promo tomorrow with the apostrophe somewhere else or not even there at all. IF you open a forum post I will side with you.
