I got interested after reading this and yeah, it's 3000 runs, not 3000 weeks :v.

40 per run is rather optimistic, as the admiral said.

Assuming a loner sub in 3 minutes per sortie (infinite morale / bucket repair heavy) that would be 20 sorties per hour. She would be done in 150 hours or 6.25 days non-stop.

But I'm being optimistic too, the probability of not passing the first battle node is pretty high and if not careful your sortie win rate will drop.
