Just about anything anymore. Every time someone sends me a link to something good to eat it winds up to be something restricted to dialysis patients. (We must strictly control intake of things with more than trace amounts of phosphates or potassium because the dialysis process is bad at removing those and they will rapidly accumulate to dangerous levels. The only thing absolutely forbidden is starfruit, which is deadly poison to people with impaired renal function.)

It's not strictly poisonous to diabetics, but if you gave impaired kidney function, it can be toxic....
