Judging from her reaction a few pages back (when it started raining and he threw his shirt on her), I think she's catching on about a thing or two and is being more proactive about teasing him.

She might be giving a tiny signal, but like qi said, I reckon most of that stuff is only in the dude's head. The girl is basically reliving their childhood times. Unless she's quite a player, I don't think she would otherwise proceed this smoothly. Just compare her behavior to the dude's.
