The problem I'm having translating this is I have no idea what either of them are referring to, and without context, I don't know if I'm right or not. Assuming I've got everything right, they're saying something like,

"I'm not sure if she made that or if that was there all along... hah-hah-hah..."

"That new woman is making them again... she truly has no shame."

Commentary says something about Tenkuushou spoilers, but I'm not sure what 新カプ is, but whatever it is, Reimu has mixed feelings about it appearing.

Is there another door on Reimu's back? I'm sure I must have missed something.

One can only assume that 新カプ is a contraction of 新カップル, so it'd be talking about a 'new couple'. Does seem to fit the rest of it, anyway.
