Seems more like it's just isometric Chrono Trigger. Of course, if you wanted to actually have movement, then Chrono Trigger would likely be more like an RTS. (It even still has the action bar, implying real time.)

Just saying if sprung a tactics like game image to me like final fantasy tactics. I would love it if Chrono Trigger got a new game.
