I think Bacius' NB are filled with more Yandere-levelish kanmusus than Nonco's.

Bacius' NB is closer to something like ebiblue, since both bases fall somewhere in the yangire spectrum. The only difference is that Bacius' NB is slightly-less hostile toward its Admiral.
