The description seems to imply it's against his will. Isn't he grabbing her breast more to support himself from falling, rather than in arousal?

Both the picture itself and the term "captured" leave a lot open to interpretation. On Danbooru, rape is usually applied narrowly, not in every case where someone might not have given clear, informed consent before the hot action started.
