I am more worried about the person standing in front and behind said otaku queuing for hours for the up coming Comiket in that heat. They will both be getting treated to Pocari Sweat without the Pocari....

Wonder if the Heatstroke episode would justify adding this to the Harsher in Hindsight pool.
