Well, where do you live? The law isn't universal.
There's also no real precedent for "She's Really 500 Years Old" in court, but the purpose of statutory rape laws is protecting those who are too young to understand sex from sex. Hence, a 500-year-old vampire who was awake for all those years and has fully matured as a person would probably be capable of being argued a "legal loli". Lily, however, may technically have been born in the 70s or 80s, but she obviously died young and wasn't conscious for most of it, and is basically an 8-year-old, so she's likely to get you ruled a pedo. In a scenario which is actually possibly going to happen at some point, I'd expect someone who was cryogenically frozen or who maybe traveled at relativistic speeds to only have the amount of time relative to their consciousness counted.
As for the necrophilia aspect of this, it would depend an awful lot on the exact culture, but it's not like you're disturbing the dead any more than they already were disturbed by being zombies who walk and talk and take place in human society.
