I totally dig the idea of Rinnosuke being a conductor but he should definitely wear a tailcoat and wield a baton.

As for the orchestra, it's a great team: you can't go wrong with Raiko, the Tsukumos and the Prismrivers (although I'd say that the playable characters are missing one or two girls like Aya or Cirno). The instruments repartition is well done, they mostly are in the right hands.

Poor Youmu, the staggering disrespect of getting stuck with the triangle...I'd have felt bad sticking about anyone but Cirno with that one.
