Because i don't know what pen or coloring media they use.

Why would they have included the pen in the photo if they didn't use it to create the artwork? This artist more or less always does this.

For the line art, yes i'm sure of it. For color, i never found something that so clean without overlapping with previous stroke. That's why i had my doubt and thought this is half traditional and half digital media.

About that I can't say anything for sure, on their Pixiv profile it says they use Clip Studio under "Software used" so you may be right. If true it would mean they should be tagged with mixed media in addition to traditional media.

I just checked the artist's pixiv, but i'm not really sure now. I thought sofra used FineColour marker spidol same like me. But it looked like sofra used Copic Sketch marker spidol which is 3-4x more expensive than mine. Hence i can't say for sure now because i never used that.
