That doesn't change the fact that uploading entire doujins is technically discouraged, at least according to the ToS.

The problem that is meant to head off is more that of trying to become ehentai or having pixiv artists get even more pissed off at Danbooru for effectively distributing for-money works for free. This is already a series heavily followed on Danbooru, so posting the previews then telling people to go running off to a different site to get the continuation is kind of silly, and there's no real harm to the artist if they're already giving it away for free.

The point is there's no problem on uploading an entire doujin if it was done by the artist themselves.

And they post whole books at once, while the artist usually trickles them out, so uploads of this type are like they'd be for any other art versus being a blatant dump of a scan like that idiot did.
