Before TL: Would have been cheaper to just get an expert to change over the power from the start?

Reader-added tags as of now consist of "Will that kind of practice be okay?" and "Muhammad Ali-oomph". (Actually "Yokkoi-shouichi", a gag from the mid-1970s (repopularized later by an episode of Lucky Star) combining the grunt of effort "Yokkoisho" with the name of IJA Sergeant Yokoi Shōichi.)
