I do like the idea of her being a bit of an air head, oblivious to how provocative her looks and figure are while frequently yet unintentionally flashing her admiral.

Dido isn't an overt airhead like Sandy or Suffolk, she's more just very stuck in her own head, kind of like here, where she ignores what everyone else is saying to indulge in her low self-esteem fantasies of being abandoned.
