I think so. At the very least the middle's definitely Blemishine Whislash, just judging by the eyebrows.

According to the official art Whislash is the one with the thick eyebrows. Unfortunately Blemi and Nearl are almost identical so the best I can ascertain is Nearl/Whis/Blemi based solely on shirt/armor color.

Oh right, I meant Whislash with the eyebrows, not Blemishine.
