And there we go—all four main series of the Mechanical Buddy Universe. Momdroid & Kid, Sentry Gun-kun & Girlfriend, Banshee Captain & Talking Jukebox, and now Maid & Milady.

There are a few crossover arcs coming up. I think I'll probably arrange them all into an overall Mechanical Buddy Universe (main series + intermission arts + crossover + setting information pieces) pool. Rather than spawning individual pools, or including the crossover pages (other than cameos) into the main series. This makes it easier to arrange things in some sort of sensible reading order, instead of needing to point readers to "read this pool first up to page X", then "this other pool up to page Y". The crossovers kinda lose some of their impact if the reader isn't familiar with the other characters.

Edit: In hindsight, this seems to be more trouble than it's worth. (I'll articulate my reasons later if I have time.) I'll think I'll salvage this pool by paring it down, leaving only the arc intermission cards and setting materials in it. More neat to keep the series mostly separate instead of having one "super"-pool over most of the images.

Then put the crossover arcs inside both respective individual pools (or one first while I figure out how to fit it in another pool). Yeah, basically the opposite of what I mentioned, but it was something I planned on doing in the first place before having the "bright" idea of grouping everything together like what it looked on Twitter.
