Not sure where you're getting the whole Anya was another one of the mother's.

Just thought it was interesting tagging the characters differently expresses an entirely different scenario.

My interpretation of the tags was that Twilight’s 4-6th daughters somehow became Twilight’s 1st-3rd wives respectively. Since there are two children that looked like the wives, I thought the image implied incest (specifically child4/wife 1 gave birth to child 2 and child 5/wife 2 gave birth to child 3). There were also several comments/jokes concerning incest in the twitter post which may have shaped my interpretation.

Now that I pay attention to the numbering of the children though I can see that this interpretation doesn’t make much sense (unless the child 2 gave birth to child 4/wife 1 and stayed an eternal loli).

I still don’t see how the new tags imply pregnancy though. Mind explaining that?

The child tagging are literally on their Stomach in one's case and the others have it hovering on their general stomach area instead.
