I can tell this look like Malaysia since the GDD are wearing the two types of Malaysian school girl uniforms(one worn by Malay students, the other by non-Malay students) and the food stall is selling Ramly Burgers, a burger with the burger patty wrapped in a omelette and several condiments added including ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and/or Maggi seasoning.
