This isn't Rudolf, but Luna-chan.
She was a Hopeless Emperor who wouldn't beat the Saudi Arabia Royal Cup*.
*It is Rudolf's first objective after running the Junior Debut Race, she only has to finish in Top 5 but it is a Mile race which Rudolf has an aptitude of C in that distance.
