There were milestones post of scenery-only and western art like Velma. Hell my previous milestone attempt was supposed to be post #2000001 of Mickey Mouse.
It's been fully recognised as the GET, so I imagine that particular rule's going to be bent this time as I believe that's the only one it brushes up against?
Offtopic honestly. There's nothing about it that fits theme of the site. Artist does no manga-styled art. They only do Western media and actors. Their works look like photobashed references redone as digital art - which is fine, but unconventional for this site.
I'm not offended by it, I will cherish this post as any other, but it's brazenly against the rules.

This is still an anime-focused imageboard, even if things not adjacent to anime are allowed in from time to time. An image like this isn't technically against the rules, but it's still borderline regardless of quality. It should not be surprising that a post like this would be controversial. It's even been flagged twice despite being up for only 9 hours.
The 10 million milestone reached almost exactly at one equinox, and now 11 million almost exactly at the next. So I would expect to see the 12th before Summer's end. A fitting illustration of acceleration.
