You'd be surprised on people would do. But yeah, the hands are kinda weird. Not sure if AI or just like.. an error on the artists behalf but they just look very offputting.

I can understand the hand may look a little weird, but is entirely possible that the artist was pushing their boundaries with a complex perspective and ended up with weird anatomy or rushed the rendering, artists make mistakes and warp proportions all the time when trying difficult perspectives, just because the hands aren't perfect doesn't make AI, and even if it was, there would be more hints at it that just the fingers like clothes or background objects

Going to agree this is probably just an artist error.
