From digging around, this X acc is reposter (the original artist is 阿鱼 from douyin) + AI poster.
Yeah... The banner gave it away to be honest now that I've checked it. But I do wonder if the piece is AI or not. Edit: removed the ""artist"" and added the "artist request" tag.
