You can in some specialty Asian supermarkets in San Francisco.

Most animals have pretty good meat. Alligators are delicious, buffalo is flavorful, horse meat is surprisingly good, snake is very tasty, rabbit, duck, dove, gopher, etc.
There is a restaurant in my city out in the rural-ish area that has nearly any animal on its menu (it's been around for decades and is extremely popular despite looking like a worn out shack from the outside).

I've had ostrich meat stir-fry before. I didn't know it was ostrich until my friend told me. The slices of meet look EXACTLY like sliced beef and tastes EXACTLY like sliced beef.

Pretty cool experience, to say the least.
