The lack of translations is due to F.I.A. taking a break and for the rest, it's too tricky or they don't like it.

No, she's remembering how Sanae managed to take attacks from Yuuka and Flandre and is reminding Marisa that she can do anything Sanae can do, thus, Marisa's attacks, which are still weaker than Yuuka's and Flandre's, will have no effect.
