The whole sequence is a reference to a time Lois hypnotized peter into thinking he was eating an ice cream cone. Isn't it? The implication is that Frieren is under a similar hypnosis about popsicles.

You will have to be far more specific than that. Which elements do you think fit that accusation?
The artist's wiki does say they're an AI prompter and the rest of their works have been deleted. While I am far from an expert on telling AI, the eye on the right in their Feb 26th post seems like a shape more likely to occur from AI use. Their recent posts all appear to also be tagged AI generated on pixiv for what it's worth, with the most recent one being March 15, 2026.
