The whole sequence is a reference to a time Lois hypnotized peter into thinking he was eating an ice cream cone. Isn't it? The implication is that Frieren is under a similar hypnosis about popsicles.

It's khyle. Weird is sort of their brand. That clip went viral a while back mostly due to the shock value and Lois's bloodcurdling scream.
