The ILLUSTRATIONS are very good, the ANIMATION is just your avarage rotation/bounce or whatever, don't remember what the technique is called.

Looks like a robot that appears in other works by this artist: see post #10096190, post #11154807 and post #8876882

I removed the "paizuri" and "masturbation" related tags, because the character is not performing a sex act—their penis is merely resting between their breasts, not being stimulated by them.

I don't have any way to prove it, but from context, I believe it's more likely to be Rumi Young rather than Kikyou that just walked in.
