I'm assuming that this is a third party decensor/edit, which in general have a much higher chance of not being approved, since the source you gave points to the censored version of the pic on Pixiv. See the Upload Rules here to get a general idea of the expected quality for images uploaded to the site and which types of images are less likely to be approved.
can someone tell what is wrong with these pics?
do you guys have personal vendetta against fumina hoshino or something?

Any other of my uploads I can see why they were deleted but this one is kinda weird as its not that bad of a picture maybe other than the character having bigger breasts than they normally are depicted but that hasn't stop plenty of others.

I got these 2 posts deleted, I understand that the 4185489 is poor quality but the 4185496 is more proper.
Both these posts got 2 approvers saying it's poor quality, is it because they're parented? Do I have to remove the parenting for one of these to get accepted?

In this case, the parenting has nothing to do with the quality or deletion. The post just wasn´t good enough to be approved.
Seeking feedback for the post in pool #16537 is it the content or quality?

I would say, because people keep adding 10+ images instead of less and specific ones and most approvers and other users don´t want to check all of them because of the amount.

I don't disagree with you two, just saying that it's sadly less common now.
@Guaro1238: Yeah, looking at it more closely I can kind of see it now. Guess I was too focused on the individual details.
Anyway, for what it's worth to help curb this thread's, uh, downfall, I'll offer feedback when I can. Not sure how much mine is worth though. 8 out of 85 of my submissions got canned...
