A lot of mistakes, that make the image bad. Bad hands for the dude, in general his body is weird with a long torso; poorly drawn penis etc. The overall quality is just insufficient.

I know what's 'hot' is considered subjective, but this seemed like a banger. Hi-res too.

You need to include the artist and source of each post. I created an artist tag for you and added it to your other three posts since you indicated you drew them yourself with the self-upload tag. This post, on the other hand, is tagged with commission and I'm assuming you know who drew it. If you do, please add the appropriate artist tag or create it if it doesn't exist.
Also, I'm not an approver, but the lack of detail in some areas makes the image look incomplete somehow. Most of the objects also seem a bit too flat. This is especially noticeable with the Gekota plushie on the bed; it more closely resembles a cardboard cutout than an actual plushie.

Question, how do I create a new artist? Just because they aren't typically drawing danbooru type images.

Art seemed good and the premise was cute. I don't disagree with the decision but would appreciate some clarification as pending comics have a way of really chonking up upload slots.
