Referred to as "Sailor Costume/Outfit" (セーラー衣装) by the original artist Shigure Ui in the official concept art (post #9972317).
Note: It's not technically a serafuku (セーラー服) despite the visual similarities to one and is more akin to this sailor one-piece.
The name by Ui in the concept art only uses the kanji for "outfit/costume" and it's not referred to as a serafuku by Oozora Subaru either, so I went with oozora_subaru_(sailor) to be as close to the original name as possible.

I am not saying the name is a bad thing, but we should hold off on naming double costumes for now and keep it as is for the time being (also Marine's 11th outfit is both a gyaru and shrine maiden outfit, a double outfit, just like Subaru's 9th outfit)

In addition to the point raised by Rodent on Subaru's costume being a combination costume, there's also the fact that Hololive's use of sailor could run up against Ui-mama's use of it.
@TheGamingRodent @Damian0358 Yea, those are good points...it sucks that there's not an official name for it that covers the track suit yet.
Japan's use of "sailor" is so inconsistent lol, but I wasn't aware of the hololive closet stuff! Good to know that for future reference. I'll cancel the BUR then.

Yea, a lot of outfits have been chock full of accessories/alt looks/etc that would basically classify as an entire new outfit. Makes it hard for sites like this for tagging
