Just artists having fun flanderizing her. Firefly is depicted as 'canon' love interest for the MC in the game with how their interactions look, and thus players regarded her as 'main wife/girlfriend'. That being said, HSR is a gacha game with (a lot) more female characters than males, so you'd have occasions where other female characters interact deeply with the MC, resulting in pairings.
Doesn't take that much imagination to make pictures like these where the 'main wife' tries to knock sense into her adulterous boyfriend/husband.
