Chief Inspector of the River Constabulary. A dutiful yet weary nice guy. Lorin fights criminals with his electric boxing glove, which has been set to non-lethal voltage levels.
The constabulary is a rather new organization, and enforcing the law has been extremely arduous. Lorin, perplexed by his job, offered the Detective a partnership. Though he is no prodigious detective, the world would eventually not rely on heroes but on a stable and sustainable system.
