If you're the artist and don't like a third party uploading your work here, you can issue a takedown notice. But if you simply want to replace it you can ask a mod to delete it and then upload a fixed one (not really recommended), or just upload the fixed one and link that with a parent-child link as revision.

This is a self-upload, and you're responding to the uploader.

Reuploading would definitely be the way to go. We have a forum thread for replacing images (topic #16765), but since the images are completely different, a replacement request probably won't be accepted.
