I use /tttt/ and the image on the computer is reminiscent of threads I see on there with the fantasies of boyfriends, what Jax is saying is slang commonly used on 4tran such as "foids," (they also say "moids") "theyfab," "hugbox," and "real girl" (real is referred to cis girls since 4tranners often self-deprecate themselves whether satirically or genuinely due to dysphoria). Jax also talks about how she'll never pass despite already passing as female known as "brainworms" in /tttt/ so I tagged lgbt (4chan)
