Fujiko from Lupin the 3rd in the green dress she was in in the most recent cgi movie for that series. The cgi was bonkers, so good! Been wanting to paint her since I watched it a few months ago now, but man, this really turned into a piece I was starting to spend too much time on so I'm calling it quits here and just posting it and moving on.
