Weak synopsis I ripped from a dm:

“Ig it’s more of a magical girl ryoko AU since junko is the persona she turns into, but it’s called Rising☆Despair. Ryoko is just a normal perfect girl who has spent her whole life working towards having her dream of a perfect life with her crush (Matsuda #imamatsushimafreak) and her sister. However she lives in a world terrorized by monsters of pure despair and destruction, their only savior being a Magical Girl and her trusted rabbit companion (Chiaki and usami). But that has nothing to do with our heroine! Until, while thrifting for a date outfit she stumbles across a pair of bear shaped hairclips, immediately drawn to them. She later regrets her purchase as the Master of Despair shows himself to her and claims that she is his Ultimate Despair and he has waited millennia for her. But not our Ryoko! She has a study date! And TWO exams this Friday!! It’s not until a villian too strong for the beloved Magical Girl that has protected them for years threatens to hurt Ryoko’s loved ones that she uses the Ultimate Despair to become Rising Despair!”
