Another homage to ASM 606! This time with Mark’s first love, Amber. Next time someone says anything mean about Amber, you can post this as a response. I do not support anyone saying mean things and acts toward anyone. I draw crazy content, I push the limit on a lot of things, but I don’t like my work being used to fuel anyone’s hatred.
And unlike the last image, this image is literally canon. It happened in the series.
Amber was always a special character in that she goes against regular superhero story tropes. She ends up leaving Mark for good reason. Every other girlfriend of a superhero trope in other superhero properties seem to get killed or turned into a hero or villain. I love how Robert handled it normally and thoughtfully. Amber’s story arc is super important for the story of Invincible, it makes Mark realize he simply can’t have a normal life.
