Akuma is a very short, very muscular and extraordinarily wrinkled old man with red eyes. His white beard and hair are past overgrown, but there's the attempt to wrap both in a bun. He seems to be wearing a variety of animal pelts and a collar made out of big black balls.
Elena sits on top of Akuma's shoulders with both hands on his back and legs wrapped around his head. She smiles at an off screen sunset while Akuma faces away, pretending to not be interested but giving the sun a side look.
Behind Elena's head there's a glowing halo like the ones seen in religious depictions of christian characters who have achieved divinity.
