I can tell just by the line art alone.

The body has good color rendering, but the line art and background don’t match the same level of quality. It looks heavily traced because of that inconsistency. Also, if you check their other artworks, they all have decent anatomy.

You can’t suddenly perfect anatomy with that level of line art.

And the artist also has a lot of AI art in their Pixiv bookmarks, which says a lot.
