Removed virtual youtuber tags, as I couldn't find any other information on her at all. Google Images' first guess was that she is Gladiia (Arknights), but that's clearly incorrect.

user #1182530 saw on Discord that this was a Vgen commission and it included the character name. It's an indie VTuber named Namyi and was commissioned by Seereka.
