I don't know what the proper tags would be, but Flowery is performing the various taunts used by Kakyoin in Jojo's Bizarre adventure, I think in reference to specifically the Capcom fighting game.

I don't know whether Kakyoin's post tag applies to the taunts from that fighting game, but the fighting game definitely applies, as per post #4964273 and post #6656182.
