Moving on from split regional evolutions, we’re onto regional REGIONAL evolutions!

Johtonian Overqwil use the shape of their body to whip themselves around in circles, their spines damaging all that touch them. Overqwil was difficult to figure out what I wanted to do because Hisuian Overqwil is already such a perfect fit for a Qwilfish evolution.
Kantonian Mr Rime are based on ring masters and PT Barnum! They are able to create invisible contraptions that one would find in a circus (like a cannon or unicycle)
Kantonian Sirfetch takes inspiration from Farfetchds scrapped evolution while also taking inspiration off of how some variants elongate the Pokemon. Sirfetchd takes its “sir” element from it being a father figure to orphaned Farfetchd.
Johtonian Cursola takes the curse in Cursola and turns it into cure. Cursola keep their habitats healthy and clean and also try rehabilitating dead coral reefs.
Hoennian Obstagoon are rarely ever seen, only being found as a guardian to more mystical parts of forests. They let no human enter. Obstagoons are based more on the raccoon dog (Tanuki) inspiration of Zigzagoon and Lineoone will also keeping in it being an obstacle.
