Yay, finally finished my second submission, it was the works for a while. Like my previous submit its from the negiverse. However unlike the one of al, I drew everything for this one. I had some reference pictures of mana or help with the decision for colors and whatnot. the card template I made myself. I used SAI to draw all the parts and put them together in photoshop since the card template and effects since photoshop is better for those things.

Personally for me, I thought I made a really leather underclothing, looked really realistic and everything, and then I forgot that I originally drew a coat for her. And then when I put the layer with coat back on, it covered everything. It was like damn why did I spend thirty minutes making leather look nice. Maybe I'll submit a version without the coat.

Name: Mana Tatsumiya--> Mana Tasumija

Title: Mysterious Mercenary--> LATRIX ARCANA
If you notice her last name in the card it says arcana, in latin this means mystery (aka unknown), so to go along with this i made her title be the "mysterious mercenary", because there are a lot of speculation going on about her origins, as they have never been fully explained, but we do know she worked with an organization that tried to better the world, though we dont know if she did this as a mercenary or was actually part of the group, though most likely the latter. so we know she a mercenary and we dont know much about her, that makes a title, and thats how i got it. I was thinking of "hired priestess" but that bring to much attention to her side job as a priestess at a shrine and makes it seem like she's a priestess for hire, to do priestess work.

Virtue: Justice--> justitia
Justice is not the same as fairness, and we can see this exemplified by mana, we know's that people will suffer but looks to the greater good, i guess the ends justify the means in a way. If you look at mana, all her actions were this way, when she worked with the mage org. (which we can only assume what she did with those guns), when she shot peope to prevent them from confessing, and when she partnered up with chao, everything was for her sense of justice or the sense "that the ends justify the means", something that isn't fair but has worked for her.

Direction: South--> Auster
This direction was picked because both of her heritage of being half puerto rican, which is located in "South" America ( this first reason was sort of trivial the other reason was the deciding factor), but also because of the speculation people have about her demon half. This side people say is dragon. well not quite dragon, since no south american myth has dragons, the closest things would be winded snakes, a combination snakes and birds ( which are of the highest order in myth, i believe. And since they are cold blooded reptilians that need hot weather, and heat is connected with the concept of south. See!!! i think these things through.

Color: Silver and Green--> Argentum et Viride

sign: Moon--> Luna
The moon is considered the sun's counterpart. And unlike the sun which is the source energy and reveals all, the moon is alluring and absorbs (ok not absorbs, more like reflect)energy to be seen, also it is mysterious, just like the other side of the moon that the earth can never see.

Artifact
Misperceived Guns
--> a pair of guns that can each turn into almost any ammunition powered weapon. The drawback is that none of these weapons are magical in any sense and do not carry any ammo. Though because of the fact that an ammunition belt is considered a costume, it can ensure her unlimited ammo for most of most weapons.
Bullet of Compulsory Time Leap-->強制時間跳躍弾 (kyousei jikan chouyakudan)
--> B.C.T.L. forces all it hits 3 hours to the future.

I made these things her artifact, because I didn't want to make her overpowering, if she had these artifacts it would only shave off a nanosecond, so instead of having to pull the guns from hammer space, she can have them change in her hand. Also the bullets are there because, she can actually run out of that, and it seems to be her signature ammunition other than the normal rounds she uses, gifted by chao.
