Nuclear-Tan
Here comes...Nuclear-Tan!!
She doesn't have many (any?) friends, as everyone is afraid of her radioactivity. It's true she emits radiations, but it's not lethal...well, as long as you don't hug her for days.
Her eyes are really beautiful, colored as radioactive uranium. They even shine in the dark, though she deosn't like it much as it gives her a ghostly presence. As for her pigtails, despita their size, she seems to be able to move around like they weight nothing... guess it's part of her powers?
She wears a big yellow coat, the same color of her hair, because she thinks it goes well with her hair, and because nuclear winters are quite cold.
Because she always appears whenever a nuclear incident is about to happen (or happening right now), people often thinks she's the harbinger of such disasters, while she's merely a manifestation of problems occuring.
She's quite the quiet type, and also very shy... it's because she doesn't speak yo many people. Yet she is good at heart (her heart is quite...warming) and wouldn't mind to make many friends!
Go at the next nuclear incident ground, you might see her!
