That's only if you focus on her face and figure. Her gun is held wrong and angled quite funny, as if they were drawn seperately and lazily pasted together. Sexier, cuter, and ultimately hotter, yes, but as professional promotional art the current Riot skin is better.
Yes, the gun can't really be held that way, but in terms of the character, I only focused on pointing out Cait herself. I said "she", not the whole picture in general, too bland to be an official artwork. =\
