Huh, not many people go with the 'spike rammed into the skull' portrayal that could also be an interpretation of Konngara's horn. It did seem to have a drop of blood oozing from it in the official art, after all.
Of course, that would mean she's enjoying having something stuck in her skull moved around. I'm overthinking this.
