I don't even like Supes but I think it's quite a no-brainer that he wins here, hands down.

Colossal is just way, way, way too slow, that even normal humans can dodge his attacks quite easily(the only things he managed to successfully destroy so far are things that just doesn't move at all like cannons or gates).
His defense is rather soft when compared to his bulky size(having muscles that can be pierced by 3D gear's anchor with no problem).
Overall Colossal is just like Wailord, a humongous target with tons of HP and powerful attack, but with abysmally low defenses or speed so crippling they rendered his facets moot.

With that, I'm sad to say but Clark's got this one, and I'm not going to even go into what he can do, Colossal's weaknesses alone already made the results of this match obvious.

Had this been the Armored Titan, then I'd see the odds becoming a bit more even.

Not to mention the size ratio, at the very least.

Let's put it this way. If Superman showed up on that version of Earth and saw Titans crushing cities and eating people. He'd have ripped every titan into pieces world wide and flung them into space before sun down. There is absolutely nothing any titan shown to date could do against Superman except die pathetically.

Besides, that's more a job for Ace Reporter Clark Kent's skillset than Superman's. Except for the ability to survive getting the big scoop, obviously.
